Russian localization and dubbing

Hello English forum Community Managers. I apologize if this topic may look inappropriate, but Russian community managers in the Russian forum have been refusing to answer the following questions for several months now and deleting posts about it: Why was there a change of Russian dubbing actors? When will they bring back the old voice actors? What is the problem to maintain the quality of dubbing at the same level? I hope that at least here will answer at least some of these questions.
