SBMM ruined my stats.With random match making, my stats more accuratly refect my skill level.With SBMM my stats are inaccurate because I am being placed against high level player constantly.This means every one stats will be averaged out, and appear the same.My K/DR has dropped to 1.74..It was above 2.And my Total wins were higher by seasonal average.I am not against SBMM.But believe it will decrease my overall stats to an average.I dont mind increased competition. I had to fight and kill the sweats in the last ring anyways.But now I dont have any noobs to slaughter early game, to get my K/DR up and create a buffer for my stats.Now I have to fight snd kill the sweats early game, mid game, and late game.But it is nice bringing a Quarantine Wraith sweat to their knees early game, and watching them disappear as they quit.Nooce!Yeah, its a small booh hoo post.XD

@hhnbbfggty66 Honestly, hasn't SBMM been in since the end of season 2? Why was no one complaining about there being a lot more sweats in there game or it felt like it before it was announced? I don't think you understand the issue people are having with the matchmaking, I guess you are not affected by it. It is the reason why I don't play the game anymore. I am being matched with "noobs" in my team vs stacks of predators and diamond players. This is not the way "equal skills" should work in any case. Either playerbase is just ridiculously small now or the MM system is not working in pub matches. It is juts like ranked play for me ,except I get worse mates to fight the prestacks. It was never my intention to bash noobs, but it's also not my idea of fun to not be able to play the game since my mates die instantly and I can't play the game solo, since there is no solo mode. So, before you jump to bash someone form criticizing SBMM , try to understand what people are saying to you. If you don't feel it, good for you. The game is tailored to cater to you so you feel good and spend money in return.

@MemagNeman This guy is complaining that SBMM works. You are saying that it doesn't work, while he is saying it does. I think that my point is still valid because it is catering to his argument that SBMM works, but isnt a good thing.

Well, i have noticed something was off since the beginning of season 3. I couldnt put my finger on it, so I blamed the map. But I believe SBMM has a lot to do with it. Personally I dont care, but I have gotten tired of being teamed with level 15 and level 89 players. I dont know how it works but its okay. I just hate having to baby sit all the time.
Before it was random.
I would go from having a team of noobs to a team of vets and back fourth. It was random. But I constantly get paired up with noobs, and have to fight premade average players.
The match making thinks, 2 noobs + 1 Diamond = 3 Average players and this is un true.
I regularly have to 1v3 these squads and barely get out by the skin of my teeth. And I have to constantly revive these noobs. Also these noobs are cowards and offer little to no support.
They constantly run from fights or stand around like they are lost.
In the final rings they constantly stand around like they are out of place.
Most of them dont have skills to survive the last 3 squad fight situations.
Most of them get downed in seconds because they lack the skills to survive the final rings because I carried them there.
Most of them are lost at that point they instantly get downed and quit.
They just dont know how to survive.
I constantly think to myself: "If you guys can just stay on your feet we can win this." But they always get knocked and I constantly have to change their diaper.

@hhnbbfggty66 Probably just unlucky. I get put with players around my level all the time. Exception is when I'm playing with my friend. We get level 5 and 10 teammates then, but thats because I think it is trying to even the team out.

I should have been more clear, the system, it doesn't work well for certain percent of players , in pubs. Mostly the good players. That's why they smurf.
I am not saying it is not working at all. For example Darth here has "average" stats and he likes the current system, because he feels good while he plays.
He represents the majority of the population, and EA will get more money from them then from tiny percent of actual good players.

@MemagNemanOh I get matched with noobs or players who seem like noobs. I had one two nights ago, my squad mate and I carried him to his first win. It was also the first time he was able to actually play and gain experience. I just did my best and he said it was his funnest match yet. I think it happens when the servers are slow. I went onto play a few more rounds with him. Ya we struggled and rarely broke top 5, but we made the best of it. He got some experience and had some fun.

That experience aside. We all have bad matches. We all have bad drops. We all do dumb things from time to time. Just because your random has it happen does not mean they are a noob. I’ve also been matched with players who are not as aggressive as me. If I constantly push hard, they start to struggle. You also have to consider, high rank lobbies are going to have teams who communicate and work together.. hard to beat that when your team is not doing it.

What’s it matter? Are you getting paid to game? Nope.. just make the best of it and have fun.
either way high skill players should not be in lobbies with players who have a .5 KD and a difficult time posting 500 damage. How do you expect the low skill players to have fun? And the player population to grow?

The big problem is "random matchmaking was a good way to meet new good players."

The majority of the friends I meet, I meet them in season 1 and season 2 due to random matchmaking. They are all 0.01 percent players. I met them in normal apex matches. We won matches then resquaded, and continued to win matches and soon after became friends. We played ranked together and fought our way up into diamond during season 2.
Now I dont meet interesting people like that anymore.
Just noobs to babysit.
