The Devo and l-Star really didn't need nerfs. I hate the Devo and only use it in panic on drop. The l-Star, however, was a nice stand in for a shotgun. No idea why they felt like it needed a nerf though.
The Spitty camee out of the CP & got nerfed more than I expected.
Helmet buff was unexpected but I'll take it.
Less cells and syringes in the loot pool better mean more gun sights. The relative lack of sights was horrible this season.
