Season 6 Patch Notes discussion thread

1. Devs need to understand pathfinder isn’t being used more than bloodhound and crypto because of his “scouting abilities” . Like the devs already took all his scouting abilities at this point. Might as well buff his grapple back and just switch him from a scout to an attacker and problem solved. You might as well take that passive away completely too.
2. really like the buff to Watson pilon for caustic traps.
3. Im not really sure how I feel about the evo shields. There was just something so satisfying about there being very few red egos in the last ring. Plus I don’t think reducing the time of the fights was necessary! If anything reduce the sound of gunshots across the map to reduce third parties.
4. Im really hyped for the crafting part! It’s really gonna help when the RNG sucks. 

P.S. Respawn needs to understand some legends are also more used because of the way their character is portrayed and the connection to the player. Yes abilities are important, but killing used characters just to force people to use characters they don’t want to use is just gonna start making people leave apex. Some people only use certain legends because they like the way they look or how they express themselves in game (voice line).

@Elamami3440  I'll reserve my judgment until I play the season, I can see some potential problems with some of the patch note content, however some of it is pretty positive.

@pastaclown  With regards to the octane buff...i thought it was pointless too,but I guess if you can pop a stim while healing,you simply just use stim as the heal is about to complete, instantly healing the health you would've lost to initiate the stim. Gets you back in the fight quicker so to speak.

@Elamami3440  But for sure we will get at least a couple of new bugs that we will talk about here from tomorrow :P .

- i don't know how i feel about the new TTK with the shields yet but i really don't like that everyone has evo shield now, the risk-reward there was to pick up a white evo and level it up to red was very satisfying but now you took that away.

- Rampard with 5 amped walls and 3 minigun at the same time? bruh... i'll have nightmares with rampard wattson and caustic camping together
