Dev : We have issue with their profile migration boss , basically we modify our profile database structure in Season-9.
CEO: Why we didn't see the issue when those streamers tested Season-9 ?
Dev: Since they were using new account so there's no migration.
CEO: Dang it, but we should already test this, right ? QA ?
We can actually test by dumping current profile season-8 database then migrate to new Season-9 profile.
QA: Agree.
CEO: Why you guys didn't do that ?
QA: There's so many changes boss, we were focusing on Valk, new Bow experience, new Arena, etc. We didn't test those migration, assuming it will work like magic.
CEO: Damn it. What we should do now ?
Dev: We can fix whatever issue show up but we need to properly test it before it run it.

I didn't play on the day of release, I played a couple hours into the next day (Like 2:00 in the morning). Thankfully, I haven't had to reselect anything so far.
Which, is good. I was not looking forward to selecting badges, trackers, skins, holo sprays, quips, etc, for 16 Legends. Not to mention all the gun skins. All I can say there is thankfully I don't use charms.
