Seer heirloom inspect animation blurry

I’m on PlayStation 5 and the seer heirloom inspects where he pulls a drawing tablet out, end up blurry about half the time. There’s a way to fix this on PC, where you increase whatever settings for visuals. But on console there’s no way to fix this. I would like this patched in some way as I really like the heirloom. Thank you
