I like his ability to see enemy shields and health. Hopefully this will encourage randoms to push in more. Because I am frustrated with them not pushing in to clear house after downing an enemy.
@AcidicSoda44031 then that random will only push after you got downed. Classic apex.

Seer is undoubtedly a real handful to deal with, but I think once the hype dies down and less people are using him it should be a lot less oppressive.
That being said I do think his tactical needs some tweaking...it has wayyyy too many effects packed into one ability.
