Seer's passive identifies a loud heart murmur in the legends.

@c00pnation I know. It bugs me so much. I'm trying to focus on shooting and I keep thinking, "man, Revenant needs to go to a physician for a checkup. He should take better care of himself."

I was being sarcastic, in case that wasn't clear.

Seriously though, probably just to catch the users attention.

I don't think its meant to be accurate just there to serve it's purpose, take Mortal kombat for example, plenty of finishers were people have their stomachs slit etc yet we don't see metre upon metre of intestine dropping out, it's usually just a short length.
