Select-fire hop-up next to go?

I guess the main issue with putting full auto on the Hemlok is whether it makes it too similar to all of the other assault rifles. 

I could see the Prowler becoming full auto by default with a slight nerf to mag size, but with a new hop-up that make it's burst fire more viable in late game. ( Perhaps the Ripsaw rounds* I initially proposed as an EVA-8 Hop-up) 

The Havok won't miss the select fire, it was a nice idea but a very under-utilised one.

Prowler is still as good as ever. I would use it, but whenever I want to use it I can't seem to find either prowler or selectfire. One of these components just seems to be much rarer on World's edge.

I guess my problem is that I just can't use the burst prowler, so I don't just carry it around until I find a selectfire. But considering burst prowler is actually really good, the problem is on my side, not the prowler's XD.

Several options:

-Keep the hop up, but redo the alt. fire of the Havoc into either mini-Charge Rifle or instant shot variant of current version.

-Make it built-in in both guns.

-Bake in Select Fire, but add Double Tap hop up to Prowler to double burst rate of fire, and Anvil Receiver to Havoc to make it instant blast single fire.

-Remove everything and give all players Charge rifles and purple gear while starting in the 5th round ring.

-Disregard the last suggestion, it's a bad idea. Don't do that. Ever. 

I use hemlok a lot (burst hemlok is actually top tier weapon now, much better than wingman at mid+ distances; the key is to NOT switch to singlefire, ever (single fire is trash)), but it took time to nail the recoil to a single hole. Prowler has a bit rougher recoil and it's also 5 bullets, so it really requires a fair amount of practice to be able to use it. And if you mean use it just up to 10 meters (still need to control the recoil though) - well that's suboptimal, prowler can do much more than that.
