Server Problems

I have experienced several games where audio is completely dropping out and am getting stuttering as well. Other players that are geographically in different regions have also reported the same behavior. We're all getting the disconnect and audio error icons constantly. Quitting the server/game and joining a new game will resolve the problem - let me be clear, I'm not restarting Apex, just disconnecting from the current game and joining a new one. This points to the servers as being the issue versus the end user. I hope the R&D team is aware and working on a fix. I'm in the mid-west and typically connect to US-East-1, but also use US-Central-1 as well. Looking at the ping time and packet loss, I get ~50-60ms pings and do see that these regions will report a small 2-5% packet loss.
