Servers are unplayable for me! I just want to play this game that I love...

What's the deal? For over a month now the Apex servers have not been working for me. My best games I get 140ms (playing against people who have 20ms) and if I do get a game at my usual 80-100ms I have serious server rubber band issues and constant disconnects (cant play arenas or ranked at all due to d/c.)  The closest servers to me are the Oregon servers. I do live pretty far away from the Oregon servers but the issues I am experiencing are server related. I even hired a new ISP to confirm that the lag I am experiencing is NOT my problem.
I love Apex, would like to play it competitively and have played it for years... now I have to quit?
Anything anyone can do to help? I only bring this up after dealing with this problem for a very long time. If I were a new Apex player I would have uninstalled immediately. 

Thanks in advance, it would be really really wonderful to be able to play Apex Legends again.

    @ZeAllFatherWas about to make an almost identical post. I’m honestly sick of it I just want to play. Was fine up until this event patch dropped now every single match is unplayable for me .

    I myself also switched isp and was having no issues til recently . My ping is almost triple what it was before the patch dropped , on all servers and even if the ping occasionally shows as being low it’s still stuttering and laggy. And oddly enough my closest server performs the worst ...

    Pair all that with the fact that over 50% of my matches start with a teammate or two down , and the lobby starting at around 40 instead of 60, I’m rapidly losing all enjoyment .

    Apex has always been dodgy connection wise , always had ups and downs on it but as I say I’ve done everything on my end to improve things recently and for a brief period was actually enjoying the game without really any issues , then the patch dropped and now it’s worse than it’s ever been tbh .
