Shadowfall first impressions!

I grinded for the 301 skin, it was well worth it, looks awesome!

Really want the Octane skin, but not sure I can swallow that pill playing this mode, it's that bad to me.

The event is a lot of fun, but I think the event missions screwed it.

There is no incentive to play as a shadow!
your main mission has you kill 50 shadows and then escape as a legend 25 times.

I've had multiple games now where at the end only a handful of shadows remained.

did you know if you close to a loot robot spider a as shadow the poor machine start shaking? xD

Maybe it would be more fun if you could play with friends too..? I mean its fun overall but it would be more with friends in my opinion but either way its a great event.

Patch the dumb new mode already, I'm sick of people killing themselves at the start just to kill someone who is landing with no gear. 

@EA_David I love the new mode, it is sumptuously beautiful to look at and play, and the soundscape is wonderful.

I've played my first 6-7 games and i cant quite figure out how the shadows can win yet, but they have once. It is very easy to win, camping as pathfinder then with a zipline in at the end, won my second match easily. 

I would love to see this dark mode used in the future as a squad and solo night mode. A few nightscopes could be the top totti loot. A number of AI shadows thrown into the mix would make it very interesting, perhaps initiated by proximity.

[EDIT] they’re not scared! They always shake like that xD. I was kill leader and had just killed someone and had gold armor, heard that tick... I lob 2 grenades on myself, died and turned shadow... had to run 500-700m to get back to that place, saw loottick again but he did nothing. So I got far back and tried again. Still nothing, tried punching him, nopez. 

The loot tick always shakes like that, even as a player in normal King’s Canyon. YOU OWE ME GOLD ARMOR AnD CHAMPIONSHIP STATUS XD.
