Just keep pinging for ammo.
Ping until it's annoying .
The most annoying thing is when they get ammo or any sort of stuff they do not need but you do!
If you tell team mate that you need certain ammo or items, most teammate will ping them when they see one during looting or death box.
Some teammate even pause to check their inventory, drop and ping it.
You have to ask, otherwise, they won't know you need it.
