Just a couple of small ones to get the ball rolling.

Octane;

When using Octane, if you use a stim and ADS it actually increases your range of view, this works with iron sights or any other sight. Not exactly a game changer but if you're struggling to find sights it takes that pressure off a little. 😛

Mirage;

Just been scanned by a  bloodhound?  Look directly downwards and drop a decoy then relocate to a new position nearby. 

Easy Bamboozling hehehe.

Caustic;

You can hide inside your own traps, crouch drop a trap directly downwards and it will cover most of your body, once triggered you can actually shoot out of it and step back a little to let the trap eat bullets for you. The usefulness of this is circumstantial but quick wits can put the application of this to some real creative use. I've used it for a few nice clutch plays. 😛
