Should Apex streamers being toxic on stream be banned from the game?

Because they are in part who showcase the game and publicize it, should Streamers caught being toxic and cussing at enemies be banned from the game? Or do we really have two separate sets of rules, ...

@Vdstrk 'Cussing at enemies'? Lol, enemies can't hear you. As much as I hate streamers who trash talk opponents when they lose, it's not worth banning. Besides, where have you heard average players getting banned for talking trash about the opponents?

Won't they if it is on stream? Everyone has access to clips and past streams...

    @VdstrkThey aren't doing it in-game, so they can't be banned. Can twitch do it? If they want to, but most people cuss indirectly so it would hurt them more than benefit.

    A lot of streamers cuss at streamsnipers and cheaters, you are suggesting that they get banned for that. Shiv recently was matched with Tufi, and did a lot of trash talk and in my understanding justified. These losers deserve it, even if it's in-game. I do it to cheaters too, and no one banned me.
