@Axs5626Sxa5001You feel punished for being among people of your own skill, while others feel punished for being put in lobbies with people that are either too high or too low for their skill expectations. This is proof that everyone feels bad, even though the matchmaking does try to make things good for everyone by not being too strict or too loose.
The solution is probably coming soon: custom servers. You will be able to play with your friends, your club members, streamers, etc. and also get more moments to chill and play the game differently, with your own set of rules.
