So I gonna be the douche and say what alt of ppl feel but won't say cause they'll get called toxic. If your a 28 with less than a 1 kd you should quit...sorry but if your not dealing dmg and getting kills your a sandbag weighing your team down. You can have have fun and keep playing if you want but there's tons of players like myself who would feel robbed of fun with a player like yourself on my team. Maybe play some other fps titles that have a solo mode to gain some fps experience then come back. This game forces squad play so you can either hang or you can't.
Like I said...just my opinion...brutal but honest. But the choice is ultimately yours. Even if you were my brother or best friend I wouldn't play with you if you couldn't contribute. The only fun I personally have in this game I gauge by kills and wins...
But again...just my opinion....
I’m guessing a higher percent of people have sub 1.0 kdr than have over. Would be cool to have actual meaningful statistics.
It’s always nice to have good teammates but to me personality trumps skill. I don’t mind a sandbag if I’m having fun.
Players like you who feel robbed when they get a low skilled player on the team should avoid joining random teams altogether. This way you don’t get a sandbag teammate from the random teammate generator.
With all that said I’m not sure why your telling op to quit because he isn’t good. You should never get him as a teammate because you don’t join random teams. Op is sheep to you.

To me the game is fun! I enjoy it, except for when my team mates insult me for my skill, which happens a lot, unfortunately.
Maybe try to hit the practice range before you start your sessions. I know you said you warm up your shots but standing still and shooting isn't really all that effective...try simulating battle situations. Maybe slide and empty a clip on a close Target then immediately switch to a AR and ping a couple of the distant targets. Or try landing slide shotguns on the close targets while alternating targets...1 left 1 right 1 center....this would help with realistic aim situations...bouncing from one to another...
If you just wanna get kills try dmg numbers on stacking...if you hear a shield crack and you've still got yours push hard unless you know he's got a pk or can't force the 1 v 1 don't try to thirst him if his teammates is pinging you
