Should Seer's abilities be countered by Wattson's Ultimate?

I've been conducting a few tests in the firing range with Seer and Wattson and it seems like both his Tactical and his Ultimate are immune to Wattson's Ultimate.

The two abilities work very differently but at the moment there are very few counters to Seer's abilities and Wattson is the most sensible counter.

Ultimate

This one is the most straight forward, like Horizon's ultimate the ultimate should be simply zapped before it hits the ground if near a Pylon.

Tactical

Slightly more complicated, the pylon should zap any micro drones within it's area, creating a safe space within the tunnel of drones.

    @Cabowse They make it op in first season to sell, and nerf it in next season. Ofc it should be affected, it will be in next season

    @Cabowse Yes she should disable it. It disables everything else. And his crap damages through walls.

    I think Gibby should counter it. His dome should naturally protect his team against all the Seer nonsense while emitting a ray that disables Seer's abilities for the rest of the season.

    @Cabowse The scans and interrupts are okay but what grinds my gears is that there’s this mini flash bang and why does it has to have 10 damage as well? I guess the tactical is easy to nerf each update.
