great Idea for a future update but I think they need to have it so you can mute individual players.
Sometimes I Solo Q and sometimes I have that 1 player that I would love to mute/block but the other players is fine.
What I see in your post has not taken that into account. Hopefully they will.

You can mute individual players.
There is a mic on/mute button when you look at your squad in game. You can do it from there.
