Well not entirely as @pandareno1999 explained it, but something to limit and/ or mute pings. Either a setting and/ or a limit based on the current damage by that person who is pinging would help. I don't like muting players as I like to hear their notifications, but they do sometimes take advantage of the ping system just because they're down.
Understand I'm not at all tiring to ask for a feature to completely remove pinging from all players with low damage, but would like a setting to group multiple pings together or something.
Another idea I would like would be a dedicated ping audio setting so I could adjust the volume to my personal tastes. That could help a ton.

I think a rate limit on all communications would be good. Pings, voice lines, you shouldn't be able to spam these regardless. Other games do this. A limit of four-five interactions per ten seconds or something would be good. I also agree that more audio sliders in the options would be great. Pings and individual players' levels. The sliders we have now are good, but more would be better.
