So here is the thing. 20 bombs in season 6 still obtainable. 4k Damage in season 6 still obtainable. I will say the skill level just isnt there if your unable to get a 20 bomb despite how many kills someone has or play time.
Rampart with in 1 day of being out someone landed 4k and 20 bomb and posted it on these very forums. So for some to say its not possible I would in a polite way say your skill leve just isnt there.

Don't say my skill level isn't there. I got 16 20 bombs in season 5. A bunch of 20s 21s a few 23s a 25 and this season (season 6) I dropped a 30 bomb and set a world record for Bloodhound. It's on youtube look me up @ErectRainbow. I have 42000 kills and 10.7 million damage
Also I'm glad to see this post has resurged because skill based matchmaking is atrocious and had made me not want to play the game at all (among other things like my controller hitreg issues no teammates at my level etc). Ever since I hit my 30 bomb I have not gotten one easy lobby. Every lobby is 3 stacks of sweaty Apex orgs. Like me solo queuing is going up against wannabe pro players with comms and teamshotting and team rushing. There's no point for me to play solo anymore. I hit my 30 bomb in a lobby that all of you bots play in. I got one chance to go into an easy lobby and I dropped a 30 bomb. It wasn't even an easy lobby. It was just easier by comparison cause all you kids complaining about sbmm are so bad lol ever since then the game had been punishing me for it. It's been a few weeks now. Every time I start a game with a premade squad or without it's the same champion squads with 15000-20000+ kills s5 apex predators all the badges etc.
Skill based matchmaking is 100% to punish and break down players like me. It is 100% designed to punish players for being good. You know what I think of the trash that supports sbmm? I say you deserve to get dropped immediately every single time you land. I say you deserve to die over and over. I say you deserved to get grinded by people who play 16 hours a day. You deserve that. You know why? Because what have you done? You've logged 100 hours. I've logged almost 3000. I deserve to drop bots like you day in day out. You don't have time to log hours that's not my problem. Make it work or quit. You don't deserve a safe space at the cost of my mental health

I don't even know where to begin...
Funny thread though.

@ErectRainbow
People aren’t going to receive your comment well. I totally feel for you though. Unfortunately the modern age of online gaming consists of companies dedicated to maximizing their profits, even if it’s at the expense of the people who invest the most energy into said company and product.
SBMM doesn’t seek fairness. It seeks equal outcomes. They want players of all skill levels winning equally so everyone is more inclined to spend money. For any and everyone in this thread who supports forced SBMM because it helps below average players while punishing above average players, you need to think really hard about how a competitive activity should be managed. At the end of the day, skilled players should NOT be having a more miserable time than other players. And don’t give me “but how do you think lower skilled players feel without sbmm?” In ANY competitive activity, you need to practice and improve to increase your performance— SBMM robs everyone of that. - E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@ErectRainbow So because you have a world record it entitles you to belittle players? You think your good because of numbers? Your attitude alone just showed what kind player you truly are. Toxic

@E9ine_ACHis approach and attitude are wrong, but he is expressing the absolute sheer misery of being forced to play public matches that comprise the best players in the world on a constant basis. If this type of player makes a smurf, they are the garbage of the earth.
So instead the only option these players have is to play in lobbies where there is zero margin of error because everyone is melting you from 200 meters— I hate to break it to you guys but battle royals do NOT play optimally under these conditions.
Let me pose a question: What’s more unjust?
A) A player who isn’t that skilled losing 90% of their matches
or
B) A player who is skilled (think diamond/master/pred) losing 90% of their matches
FORCED SBMM is making it so that plenty of high level players are performing at similar ratios to lesser skilled players. Obviously there will be outliers who drop 20 and 30 bombs, but the majority of high level players are getting destroyed in their high tier lobbies more often than they are dropping 15+ kill games. SBMM is creating equal outcomes for the sole purpose of making $$$ and its unjust.
