Skill based matchmaking makes badges unobtainable

I'm a Bloodhound main with 10000 kills and I dont have the 20 kill badge.  Admittedly Bloodhound is the hardest character to play and get a 20 kill badge with.  But the problem isnt the character or ...

@matzesingt I'm an average player on my best day and I would like to see a choice.

I'd almost always choose sbmm on but can totally understand why it hurts some players.
