Skirmisher bonus skill
Why does skirmisher only have one skill to see care packages. All other classes have 2 bonus upgrades.

Kilsevite Warriors should've got +5 MA and +15% Misile Resistance at rank 7 only, but they're getting it at Rank 0. https://100001.onl/
