Slow when getting shot?

I originally thought this only happened when you were getting hit by heavy weapons but last game I was slowed by a guy that was running a R-99. Can someone explain to me this whole slow mechanic caus...

Totally wrong.

EVERY LEGEND GETS SLOWED BY BULLETS EXCEPT GIBBY AND CAUSTIC is not the same as ONLY LOW PROFILE LEGENDS GETS SLOWED BY BULLETS.

That's what everyone said with regard to your analogy.

We know how hitboxes, low profile, and fortified works.

@BaldWraithSimp How strong is the slow too? There are times I get hit by gunfire and I just shake it off and continue running but there are also times the slow feels like I'm wearing cement shoes.
