Alter's Q

I want to share some feedback about Alter's tactical ability. Right now, it feels completely useless when you are in the middle of a fight. It has a similar problem to Ballistic's Q—even when you hit enemies, they just shoot you right through it. For Alter, when a fight gets intense, it is almost impossible to find a proper surface or spot to place your Q quickly.

Suggested Fixes:

- Place it anywhere: Let us place Alter's Q anywhere on the ground or surfaces without restriction mid-fight.

- Instant Portal: Give us a portal right where we are standing so we can escape instantly.

- Fix the teleport bugs: Sometimes enemies can enter the portal easily, but when I try to use it, I either get stuck, cannot get out, or get teleported to a completely random place. Please look into this!
