I'm with you in terms of the first part you said. And I do hope that they change some things going forward. As far as the whole forcing thing, I can't say I'm a fan. I've never really been a fan of it.
I'm okay with certain parameters, within reason. Like a specific variety of Legends or specific weapons, but to then further make things game mode specific, especially when running LTM, is a terrible idea, imo, for the reasons I've already stated.
I also never cared for hyper specific challenges, like we had back in the day. I remember having one where we had to do 10000 damage with just the Volt when we only had BR. That was terrible, imo. That's a crazy amount of damage, and for it only to be doable with one gun was ridiculous. But, it has seemed that over time, possibly do to player feedback, they moved away from things like that. Now, they do things like AR or LMG challenges. Which i think is far better. I would just also like to see those challenges be achievable in any mode that supports them. Obviously, it would still take time to achieve and effort, but it would give a little bit more player choice and flexibility. I don't think that's an unreasonable request. Especially given the fact that they've already made similar improvements to the BP system in the past.

This is the first LTM that has challenges that awards BP stars. All LTM challenges were for the badges. I agree with the suggestion to play a certain class of legends like defensive, recon, or an attack legend. Honestly I haven’t even looked at the Control challenges, I just saw one challenge to kill 10 people when I finished it.

Exactly. I wasn't playing at the time, but I've heard about those challenges through people like Hayhor. And honestly, that sounds brutal. It just sounds like the antithesis of fun and enjoyment, which is terrible for a video game, imo.And, about the criticism, exactly. They've changed a lot of things through the 12 Seasons that they've had, and the almost three years this game has been up and running. Some changes were good, some were bad, some were indifferent. But many of them came about from regular players or Pro players or streamers or whoever saying these things. And that's all I'm trying to do here. I'm just trying to point out things that I feel could be improved in some way. I'm just giving my opinion on the game, like everybody else.
