So I was falsely banned on apex jus because my little brother was saying the n w

So I was falsely suspended for 7 days because my little brother was say the n word and I had no idea that he was doing that. PLEASE EA GIVE MY ACCOUNT BACK😕. I am so sorry that my brother ruined your rules of conduct. He didn’t know better. PLEASE give my account back🙏

  • Hi @curse56545654,

Sorry to hear that. It's never a great feeling to discover your account has be used by someone else, in this case your brother, and that they broke the rules while on there, leaving you with the ban. That does suck. A ban in that scenario isn't a false one though, it's correctly applied. You see, you're responsible for the activity on your account:

We all have to do our part to protect the account, yours includes ensuring only you are accessing your account on your devices and limiting who can play as you on there (i.e. it really should only be you playing on your EA accounts/games as account/game sharing isn't allowed).

If your brother, or anyone else in your household, regularly uses the same device and you want to ensure that only you are playing the games on your account, consider password protecting your accounts and adding a Login verification codes so only you can get past the security measures. I'd also recommend removing your account from shared devices so that it's only accessible from your personal device. That should help prevent others playing as you on your games from your device. I'll share some help guides on how to set-up some of those security features below:

  • @curse56545654 You learned a valuable lesson. Don't let anyone else use your account. It isn't a false or wrongful ban. It happened on your account. Just be grateful It isn't a permanent ban.

    Maybe you should

    1) Read the TOS, that indicates that you should not be sharing your account, for reasons like this (among others)

    2) Let your parents know your little brother is not mature enough for online games, for this reason.

As opposed to coming here begging to be let out of ban jail for things clearly against the TOS.

  • @curse56545654  Your account is your responsibility, the ban was enforced against your account so whether it was you or your brother ToS was still breached.

You're gonna have to take this one on the chin and move on mate.

  • 'Just' because.

You know, your little brother might have a problem that needs to be addressed is the bigger concern here.
