Solo Queue Ranked Matchmaking Feedback

Not being able to play with friends is so dumb. I just got to diamond and probably won't play anymore since why would I. Solo queuing with randoms is rarely fun and can cap a player's progress. This will only cause more smurfing in the lower ranks and more hardstuck diamond players that can't team up. This might be the worst upate in a while. Haven't played pubs in years as it isn't fun and their's no competition. There are no solutions than to play other games as I won't go as low as smurfing.

Seriously, coming home after work to play with the boys for an hour, was ritual. This time I made diamond first and since no one has played apex all week, we’ve been on monopoly, and now fifa club. It completely killed the momentum, and we just started back grinding in apex too, a month back and they found a way to get us right back off lol. 

This update is terrible you will continue to lose players due to this update. People have lives and work. We want to come out and have a good time with friends!! REVERT THIS UPDATE!!

Worst decision in the games history, forced solo queue shouldnt even be considered in any way or form. 

First of all, Respawn, your game Apex Legends is finally looking like a game that everyone is liking again. Friends and family all love to play together and rank up together, but forced solo queue on anything from diamond rank and above is just one of the worst updates to exist. I have 3k hours on this game, I have seen some bad and good updates from you guys, but this forced solo queue is one of the worst updates I have seen you guys ever release in my 3k hours of this game. I get it for Masters players and Pred Rank. But Diamond? Most of my best friends are Diamond and I am losing interest in the game due to this major ranked change where you literally can't even play with your own friends, which is literally one of the main aspects of Apex Legends, playing with friends and teaming up together, which is, for some reason, one of the things you decided to randomly take away just because some random players are complaining of 3 stack Diamond players having too much chemistry.... like how does that make sense????? I went from playing your game every day with my friends to completely stopping any action toward this game because ranked was the only thing I really enjoyed this season until you added the feature of solo que diamond, which is one of the worst decisions I have seen in my history of playing this game. I am getting queued with absolutely random players who decide not to listen to anything I have to say and just seem to not work with the overall aspect of working as a team. I have deranked and it's just a horrible experience I am having at the moment and I have stopped playing the game because of this. Please revert this back to normal, where forced solo queue is not a thing. Thanks. 

We totally forgot about the solo queue test. Last night, one friend ranked up to Diamond while we were still Plat 1 just a few games into our session. There goes our evening; we couldn't queue up together anymore. 

This change makes no sense, and alleviates nothing, especially for lower Diamond ranks, which is the majority of the player base. Actual changes to the ranked system need to be made, but this isn't it. I've been playing with friends since Day 0, and will not be playing Apex for the solo queue "experience" which everybody knows is abysmal. 

We are casual players, playing 1-2 hours only per day, a few nights per week, but we have been playing since the beginning of Apex. This is the player base you should consider most, not the streamers and pros. 

Furthermore, implementing changes based on a number of complaints is using a completely biased sample. Obviously only people whining about it will voice their opinion. Surveys should have been sent to all players. 

I don’t think the Diamond+ solo queue restriction improves Ranked. It makes it impossible to play with friends once we reach Diamond, which removes one of the main reasons we play Apex. I’d rather see matchmaking improvements or stricter rank restrictions for premade teams than a complete solo-only queue. Please reconsider or offer separate solo and premade queues.

Diamond players should be allowed to play Ranked with Platinum friends. Preventing premade squads makes the game less enjoyable and forces friends to play separately, even when they are only one rank apart.

Yet statement per se is true for ages and there are plenty of businesses providing this actually including my ex-manager who created as a side deal boosting business which he honestly calls as "skills academy" aka "we will show you how it is done" :D and business is up and running already for 3 years.
