Somebody else is linking
Hi there. I have been not playing this Apex legend and even i did download it but i didnt link it into any account. also i have encountered that my steam id was being hacked. and alot of games i was ban.
i just saw the verification goes to another link account. any ways to retrieve my account back?
If you have not linked your account, you would need to reach out to support so that they can take a look at your account,
You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
