@EA_Atic I've been having this problem now for a month on my Xbox Series X and it ends up in a code:net error. It's not my router or my connection, its on your end. And I know this also because I created a second account BECAUSE I could not my main, which I have all 8 heirlooms, over 500 legendary skins/items, and spent over 1800 hours playing with....Not to mention the hundreds of dollars put into the game for my main account which I can't access. But my second account which was brand new, has ZERO problem booting up and playing. So tell me, is it really the connective guide we should be going through to solve the problem, or is it that people on your end need to identify the bug, and fix it? And yes, I have contacted EAhelp several times.

Yeah they need to figure this out. Definitely not us. Apex get your stuff together...

Love their generic responses. Im on PC using Steam definitely not my problem. I can stream and play other games just fine. Spinning wheel of death is what I call this. Fortnite doesnt have this problem. Apex and EA are too big of a company to legit figure this out.
