Split-screen Local Co-op/ Cross play

Do you guys think we'll ever get any kind of split-screen co op on Apex? Me and my Fiance are always playing Apex but we usually end up playing fortnite as we can't play Apex together on the same console.

On a similar note you guys think we're gonna get cross play? And if so would you be up for it as a feature?
