Community ManagerI'm sorry to hear that. If you're concerned someone was in your account, I'd strongly encourage you to:
- Go through resetting these EA Account security steps asap: How to help manage your EA Account security and safety.
- Make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any connected accounts linked up to your EA account as well. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc) and mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).
Once that's done, please get in touch with our support team directly.
An advisor will double-check the account for you if there are still any concerns after that point and help however they can with any other issues you have from there. I'm not sure if they are able to relink a Steam account within 6 months of the unlink (see Unlink Steam) but they'd be better able to let you know once you're in touch with them.
