It only works if in a full squad. Doesn’t work if you’re just a duo.

Seems odd that it works like that imo, any reason why they did this that you know of?I don't know the ins and outs of how this is supposed to work, but I think it would be nice to make a thread in the bug report forum on this one.

Na I have no idea why, it’s pretty stupid. I found out the same way.
My account must be bugged then, I can't queue with the lads even though we're a full squad
