@EA_Lanna I did ask for a refund from Microsoft, but they declined. Before I got the email from EA I had created a case, then they said that.

What EA can do is help with the missing content. You'll need to get in touch with the EA support team directly for that. Please gather proof of purchase and attach it to your help case.
