There isn't anyone you can talk to about this other than ToS so most likely you're not going to get a response or it'll be a response telling you to submit a dispute with ToS.
I hear about people getting their account back several months later. Do you think ToS is gonna calm down and restore our accounts at a later date? They need to admit that they aren't prepared to handle every situation.

I don't have any information for you. Lifting bans is completely up to ToS. The only way to reach them is to submit a dispute.

@EA_AljoAnd yet they will no longer accept a dispute from me. Within <5mins it was rejected. So it seems like that method only works if they find a hacked account. If something else fired the ban off, and it doesn't show a hacked account info, they don't seem to do anything.
Even when you didn't do anything to cheat, you're still labeled a cheater and perma banned. Fundamentally there has to be another way then just going through the ToS's website request.
It is clear that there are other's like me (such as @B0n3SawMcSizzla) who are stating the exact same thing, and the ToS has basically said, we can't handle over turning it.
And yet we've seen higher profile people manage to get it fixed, using another method. So it is clearly workaround-able depending on influence.- EA_Aljo5 years ago

We can't discuss other player's accounts. If they had bans overturned, it would be due to finding evidence that the ban was made in mistake. After multiple thorough investigations, ToS hasn't found anything to support that your ban should be lifted. I understand how frustrating this is, but there is nothing whatsoever we can do about it through Answers HQ. We cannot handle anything at all that is account-related. Bans are absolutely, 100% up to ToS so continuing to make requests on Answers HQ is not going to help.
