Excuse me! I have a full-time job. It's not the player's responsibility to figure out how to stop cheaters. Why the hell the developers are putting all this effort into a reporting system is beyond me. It's obvious it does not work. I played for eight hours yesterday and there where cheaters every game and occasionally I got one of the a$*Hats on my team. So easy to see there esp cheat when they're grouped with you. They often try to leave the group so you don't notice there odd standing around behavior before running directly to out of sight, no noise, enemies. Today I reported two people and each won the game for there team, we took second. Impossible shots that downed us in seconds and we where full geared and playing well. I'm sick of this attitude that it's somehow our responsibility to report cheating and somehow that's the solution. I'm not sure why Respawn can't stop the cheating, it's out of hand right now. I suspect it has to do with the free to play. In a standard game, you would have to find a workaround after getting caught AND repurchase the game. In Apex it's simply finding the workarounds. When you don't hit there pocketbook they will not care. Time to sue the cheat developers and create China-specific servers, we don't need them in ours. Real solutions, not this crap half baked report system they tossed us.
EA seems to hire EAC https://www.easy.ac/en-us/partners/ for cheaters, but it's obvious EAC doing a very poor job.
I can't believe EA doesn't get them fired and find a different vendor/partner.
I just found a PC hacker and he shares his cheating in youtube and free download for his hacker software.
Basically how it works:
1. He injects his code into the game, like a virus using like .exe/.bat file. That means he has access to source code and knows exactly what to change.
2. He opens a hacker menu where he can control setting for :
a. Wallhack for a player: Highlight them behind object, select color, show distance, show health, etc. Basically, like having bloodhound ultimate forever plus more information.
b. Wallhack for items: He can see all items so he can quickly grab great items without need to loot everywhere. He can select radius of the items and show distance of the item.
c. Aimbot: He can select how smooth his aimbot moves to avoid * movement that easy to observe. But since he already has wallhack, he knows exactly where the head is and with just little aimbot help, he can land headshot all the time.
No wonder so easy to get killed by this hacker.
One way to block wallhack is to make it impossible to show enemy location/highlight unless bloodhoud ultimate enabler.
But if the source code is exposed, he can enable it again.
So the key is to make sure the source code is intact:
The player can only play if the source code is original/intact/not compromised.
