Yes, I remember... could it be that those issues happened due to lost packets/latency? Possible scenarios (not an expert in game networking, so I might be completely wrong):
1) You were wearing a blue armor -for real-, but you weren't killed by 3 R99 bullets... that was what you saw, but server registered a full magazine damage.
2) You thought you were wearing a full blue armor, but it was just showing in client-side... in the server, your armor was still depleted.
Regarding the punch kill, not sure... maybe you received some unnoticed damage before the 5 hits?
I've been experiencing lag almost every night in certain matches, some times it's so heavy that the game turns into a nonsense slideshow 😢
