Strike packs need to get disabled/banned.
I almost refuse to mention these but seeing that bigger streamers and youtubers advertise them (you gaming-ruining shills), the strike packs for consoles either needs to be limited by ingame mechanic...

I always thought different types of controllers were a bit of a cheat on consoles but oh well. This one however seems to have built in trainers and more can be downloaded. Mods, trainers, whatever the name, it gives players unfair advantages. Since elite controllers are allowed then yeah sure, the pack itself should be ok, but if it has downloaded mods, anti-recoil or anything similar then I think it's worth looking into.
This following bit might be wrong, so if you want to know more, look into it. I remember I saw a piece of equipment that came with software which would allow you to use a mouse and keyboard as a controller in any game on ps4. Again IF, I remember right, it was detectable and "bannable" if that's a word.
Conclusion, extra buttons are fine, make it comfy and ergonomic for the player, but inbuilt trainers are a no go.
It's a shame in the first place that Sony does allow this kind of cheating...
Imho Strike Pack users with mods enabled (anti recoil, rapid fire, aso.) should be banned from playing Apex Legends!
I would definitely call this cheating and it shouldn't be tolerated by EA! It's crazy enough that some people use apdaters on console to play with mouse and keyboard in certain games but using these kind of mods with the strike pack is like having a cheat programm running on PC.
Still isn't cheating in my book, and PSN/XBL ToS. Is it frowned upon...sure. All you're doing is modifying a physical device you own. Everything consider this is purely an ergonomic upgrade for players.
Rapid Fire: You're still only able to fire at the MAXIMUM rate the game is allowing you to shoot. I could care less what/how anyone is playing on/with as long as there no actual in game manipulation with the programming/connections.
Next we'll be dictating what type of couch or chair you're allowed to sit in while playing.

lol it's not cheating? Because there is a MAXIMUM rate at which the game allows you to fire your weapon? You really can't be this stupid.... Why not just pull the trigger yourself everytime? Is that too hard for you? oh, right, because you want something that will make it easier and shoot as fast as possibly and always be consistent... That is game manipulation my friend, if they wanted the gun to be fully automatic don't you think it would be fully automatic? Because that's exactly what you are doing is turning a semi automatic gun into a fully automatic.. Here's the definition of Fully Auto Vs Semi Auto because you don't seem to know what it is..
An automatic firearm continuously fires rounds as long as the trigger is pressed or held and there is ammunition in the magazine/chamber. In contrast, a semi-automatic firearm fires one round with each individual trigger-pull.So i'd argue making a semi automatic gun into a fully auto gun is actually game manipulation..... and that's without even bringing up anti recoil which elminates 90% of the difficulty of the game.Strike Packs and things like it are literally ruining the game.Are there any bans happening for people using macros/anti recoil/rapidfire mods with their controllers? How can a device (any device) that allows you to add rapid fire faster than the game allows for all users or reduced recoil which changes the recoil pattern design in game to give one an advantage not cheating in your book?
Yes you are modifying a physical device you own.... but your modifying allows to do more than the game was intended to do. Remember it is a BR meant to be a fair competitive online experience across the board.
But then what am I saying....Respawn making Seer just throws that theory of mine clean out the window.
