Stuff we listen to while playing

@CAGOA34Casually (most often) just some classical but if it's win streaks i'm after then some heavy dnb with a giant sub under my chair.. Bwaaaaa xD

@CAGOA34 silence, or else I wouldn't be as able to hear anything through the one not so bad ear (not that that mattered to the octane whose footsteps made no sound coming up behind me this evening! 😃

@apostolateofDOOM I'm a jungle and dnb fanatic of sorts. Was in London for it all in the 90's. Got about 15 foot of 12's, lots of wl and promos. When you say heavy dnb what do you mean? More recent stuff? 

@OldTreeCreeper Same and mainly 90's stuff too but I started early teens.

Just don't ask me the name of any artist as i melted my brain from that era. 😛 Still got some Andy C tapes lying around somewhere.

This is what my system used to look like back then (not mine but very similar i just grabbed off web) with 3 amps connected blowing countless speakers.

Still got genexxas and subs that survived the punishment under my desk.

@apostolateofDOOM nice setup. Bukem was my favorite along with Randall, the light and sweet vs the dark, but I was into every nook and cranny of jungle and dnb. Have boxes of tapes and loads from pirate radio too. I liked it all and couldn't get enough of it. Put my decks trough a technics stereo set up. Blew my ears more than the speakers. Today's stuff dosnt sound the same but there have been a few gorgeous tunes in the 2000's. And one of two noteworthy artists like Etherwood who has a lovely few albums. 

This is just beauitiful, only few years back

And arguably one of the most beautifully sweet tunes

And this turned me right back on after a break

I could go on and on and on.....

Just woke the better half up on that last one and got a grilling so i might not be able to reply again tonight as it's 5.30am.  She's not happy now. 😛🥳
