Sub 100 damage and/or 0 kills should be reportable

@Mr_Mi5ch Maybe it's harsh. But playing a ton of games with two teammates that can't kill a single thing ruins my fun too. Since Respawn is incapable of making a decent matchmaking system, other steps need to be taken. While the best step would be for Respawn staff to immediately resign their positions, that next best thing is to find a way to separate players who play with arrow keys only and everyone else.
