Suggestion: Put a cap on KP per opponent killed

There seems to be accusations of top preds / random kids trying to farm the 20-kill and 4K-damage badges by teaming with another trio and repeatedly killing then res-ing each other with mobile respaw...

@1ndustree wow that's smart))) somehow I haven't thought about it nice now understand why there are so many masters and former preds who can't do dmg on high ranks

As I understand it from the rumor mill, there is a large ban wave for this currently underway. Word is, the pred cap just dropped by several thousand RP.
