I think it's fine as is, except I would add a timer after a banner has been picked up. There's no need to spectate teammates who don't want to revive you.
@jonesy0218I don't think I've had any teammate not wanting to revive me ( although yesterday someone promised to never revive me because I was playing with Crypto - but he died first, haha). Most frustrating quits happened on the way to the respawn beacon and many of them after I had to avoid other teams or to go to a beacon far away, as the safe one nearby was already used. Most of these rescue operations went beyond the 2 minute limit.
