Suicide/Self Harm Please Help Emergency

I am Apex Legends Live streamer... I have a Live viewer thats threatening to kill himself unless he gets unbanned on Apex. He doesnt understand the Ban process or how to get help on here. If i cant help him get his account back. Maybe you have personal details of him to help him get help from his MUM or the Authorities.. He has already attempted suicide 2 times since i have known Him please help me Help Him.. Please fast

I have contacted my local police they cant help me to get him the help he needs.
