Suppressor Barrel Mod
What do you guys think about having a Suppressor as Barrel Mod?
Personally, I would be all for it if that means I can snipe from a ridge without having 3 Bloodhound wannabes sneaking up behind me. 😂

Unsure. What would be the trade-off between using normal Barrel Stabilizer vs. Suppressor?

@BaldWraithSimp PUBG still offers some recoil reduction with suppressors/flash hiders.
I think silencers on snipers would be a bad idea on apex. Personally I'd keep them to pistols/smgs and offer 0 recoil reduction whatsoever.
@MandatoryIDtag0 recoil would be a good way to make the strike pack recoil mods useless. But it would sort of negatively impact the game in terms of needing skill to play for honest gamers.
I don't think silenced or reduced gun audio would be a good move in general. People already rage about broken audio, because they can't hear foot steps of enemy sneaking up on them. Anything that silences guns would just send that kind of frustration to new levels.
Sure it would be great if you were the one who had silenced weapons, but it would be horrible when the enemy has it.@DarthValtrexWell, how about the silencer only silences gun sound after a certain distance? Like you can hear it in CQC, but not when you are looting in the next town lol.
Edit: Not meant for snipers. Heck, no silencer for snipers.
- @BaldWraithSimp I don’t think it would reduce third partying like you hope. Everyone involved in the fight would need to have one, so for it to be effective in that department it would have to be extremely common. In that case, they might as well just reduce the distance gun audio is heard

- @BaldWraithSimp I think the reason they don’t is that it’s part of the game dynamic. Sometimes it plays into your favor, other times it gets you eliminated..

Disagree... as it's only the Longbow that gets a barrel mod at the moment iirc???
