The only thing, like Angel, is if switch just has a controller as emblem or actually a switch icon. If just the controller, that explains the downright bots-that-disgrace-bot players I had yesterday xD. Also if the article has a redirect to reddit where I saw in first comments that crossplay is on by default. Is it like PC or is it like ps-xbox?

@Koochi-Q I did notice the bot like behavior from people yesterday too with controller icons. One I was watching after getting downed was moving around and clearly studying what he picked up. But once they found him and fired at him, he was very competent in return fire. But situationally he was clearly trying to figure the game out. Not sure if it was a Switch player or a new Xbox player.

Hopefully yesterdayās players were just the far-below-average ps players and not switch players... xD- @Koochi-Q They might be fine lol.
They've had Fortnite and Overwatch on Switch for a while. And of course a lot of Switch players also own other platforms and might already be used to the game.@ArchAngeL-PCXYea, most thatāll play Apex definitely own it on other platforms, itās just the graphics, fps & controls on a traditional joycon thatāll make them have a huge disadvantage, not the lack of play. If they have a pro controller itāll be less obvious.
So did some looking around. Seen vids and just scrolled over to the āmy teamā & āchampion teamā part. Obviously when itās fellow switchers, you see switch. But other platform(s?) you see the generic controller.
So I donāt know if the generic controller is āanother consoleā or if itās ps only at this point for switch xD. Iām more inclined to believe that itās both other consoles, which means that switch ppl will also not have the switch icon and just the generic controller symbol whichāll be rough >.>
Luckily I donāt play random anymore, but with the sbmm in place I fear for pubs ppl whoāll get switch players...
Respawn should really do the proper symbols to make it known with whom you are playing (if thatās not the case already).
This makes me sound like an elitist which Iām not. But I think we can all agree that in terms of performance, the Switch will always cap out way before even the original ps4 & xbox one. Heck, just look at the articles or titles on yt mentioning switch. Most have in the titles that it looks bad and plays the same way xD.@hayhor Nahhh Xbox > PS š
