Taking damage
can someone explain to me WHY TAKING DAMAGES SLOW YOU DOWN ?? what’s the purpose of that?

All characters have the exact same move speed, none of them are slower. You're right about fortify though, any character with it will not get slowed down when being shot.
@Merkaza I don't get the slow down mechanic. It doesn't feel good when you're getting hit, and it feels inconsistent when shooting at others. One of many weird oddities that need a rework in my opinion.
- @WhoopFighter Huh guess I learned something new. I swear I thought that they were slower and bigger so they got damage reduction then the "recent " change was to make them not feel as slow. Thanks for telling me I had given myself an insane placebo effect XD. Explains now why I do crap with Caustic
- @Areithous They feel slower because their strides are longer. They cover the same ground in the same time tho.They move as fast as other legends.
