This is a fully dumb * idea to put all experienced squads together.
For this to have a chance to work you are going to have to split them by server so all hardcore players on one server all new players on another. You would then get nerds making new accounts to seal club.
It shouldn't be an issue playing with new players if you are half decent (because everyone else has to do it also) and you should be able to pull your weight and help if you are a half good player.
A huge chunk of the fun in this game is the diversity of player skill and team makeup.
Finally there is an answer. Dont solo que if you can't cope with it. Get a better attitude and make friends with some good players so they can carry you.
If you are a decent person in game more than you were with this post you will get friend requests and start making a group. In a group you have a huge bonus over standard randoms.
There will always be people who abuse any system. Look at how many cheaters they have banned so far and I'm sure that's a small percentage. This is a fix for the majority, not the minority. Its also not coming from the only standpoint of a skilled or capable player, its here for the new players too. I'm more than able to carry teams, as that's what you're forced to do on a daily basis. This isn't about skill, its about experience and knowledge of the game. And if your only retort is to say "Dont solo que if you cant cope with it", why even bother to reply if that's your solution.
Furthermore, I have friends to play with but work times etc don't grant this luxury all the time. I have done my fair share of running new players through the controls. Sitting her explaining how to switch to shield cells on their first time playing. However, this gets old after the 50th time or so and not how i want to play every game i join. Clearly you missed the point and thought this was about bragging rights.
