Terrible matchmaking

I didn't read the whole post, but I agree there needs to be some sort of matchmaking based on skill, rank or something. Multiple times last night I got teamed up with new players who didn't understand the basic concepts of the game. While that in of itself is not an issue, I do not want to be teamed up with 2 brand new players and have to try to solo against other squads. 

For instance all three of us were fully kitted with purple armor only because we dropped in a spot there were no other squads and were basically playing loot simulator. As I tried to ping spots to go to both of my teammates continued to loot nonstop. We made it to the final 4 squads and still they are pinging and looting supply pods while FULLY KITTED with purple everything. Needless to say we finally find a squad to engage with and they both immediately die while doing 0 damage while I'm stuck fighting a fully kitted squad by myself. Of course I died as well.

On the opposite end of the spectrum I got matched up with some competent players a few times and won or placed top 2 each and every time.
