Texture Streaming Budget Setting

Texture streaming budget question!

Hello guys, I have a question about "Texture streaming budget" option in the settings. I have RX 570 4gb VRAM and I wonder should I be using High or Very Low settings. In the options it says that settings reflects how many GB of VRAM your GPU has, so as I have 4gb I should be using High. But I've seen some optimization guides suggesting that with 4gb of VRAM you should go for none/Very Low. Can anybody with 4gb VRAM GPU answer me with your setting on "texture streaming budget" option. Thanks 🙂
