That 1 time rank restoration

So it’s been a whole split. Why has the big mistake gone without a response yet? Maybe I missed it and would like a redirect link to see the compensation for the mistake of taking hundreds of account...

My son played ranked yesterday for the first time this season. He finished last at Plat 4, logged on today and saw he was bronze 4 - wow. More ridiculousness.

@NickBeam27What your son experienced is the normal apex demotion over 2 splits. There really needs to be a "you can only demote so far" rule.

  @hayhor But if he was Plat 4 then he should've been demoted to Silver II, not Bronze IV.

    @Cro_Pittt He said last season. He's been demoted twice since then. Once to start the season and again just a few days ago so he would be bronze.
